Terms of Service — essential points

By booking or participating you accept these terms. Key points highlighted below; the full terms are available on request.

Wylkotrix operates with strict safety protocols. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from participation is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot lawfully exclude under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Participants must meet minimum age and fitness specifications for each experience. Minors require parent/guardian consent and supervision where stated. Participants must disclose medical conditions that may affect safety.

Wylkotrix may capture photos or video during events for promotional use. Notices will be provided; if you have privacy concerns contact us at Contacts. See Privacy for details.

Australian Consumer Law — your rights

Nothing in our terms seeks to limit your ACL rights. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or description is misleading, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund.

Safety & Waiver

Safety is our priority. All participants must follow facilitator instructions and site rules. Some experiences require a signed waiver prior to participation. The waiver explains risks and participant responsibilities.

Safety briefing

Important: Participants must disclose any medical condition which may affect their safe participation. If in doubt, seek medical advice before booking.

  • Follow all staff instructions.
  • Wear suitable clothing and footwear.
  • Comply with site-specific COVID-19 or public health notices.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled under the following general terms:

  • Free reschedule if advised at least 72 hours before the start time (subject to availability).
  • Partial refund or credit may apply for cancellations within 72 hours depending on circumstances.
  • Where we cancel an event, you will be offered reschedule or full refund.

Specific event conditions may vary; check the booking terms displayed at purchase. For disputes, contact our team to seek resolution.

Data & Privacy — summary

We collect minimal personal information to manage bookings and ensure safety. Our practices are described in full in the Privacy Policy, including how we store and share data and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 and APPs.
